The official companion journal to Daily Wisdom: Marcus Aurelius, available free as a digital download, or as a beautiful paperback to keep beside your book.
Every day of the year has its own entry, linked directly to that day's meditation in the main book.
You will find two things on every page:
The Daily Mantra: the phrase from that day's teaching, held in italics. One sentence to carry into the day like a quiet anchor.
The Reflection Question: not a generic prompt. A question written specifically for that day's insight. The kind that does not ask how you feel, but asks what is true.
Every month opens with a two-page introduction framing the theme ahead and one opening question to set your intention before the first entry.
The final page is a conclusion that honors something worth honoring: a full year of showing up for your own inner life.
How to Use It
Step 1. Open Daily Wisdom: Marcus Aurelius to today's date.
Step 2. Read the Insight. Do the Practice. Carry the Mantra.
Step 3. Open the journal. Read the reflection question. Write.
That is the entire practice. Five to ten minutes. One page at a time. Three hundred and sixty-five days.
Prefer Something You Can Hold?
There is something the PDF cannot give you: the weight of a real book in your hands. The feel of a pen moving across a page that will still exist in ten years. The ability to leave it on your nightstand and see it every morning as a reminder that you committed to something.
The paperback Companion Journal is designed to sit beside Daily Wisdom: Marcus Aurelius on your shelf. Same typography. Same format. Same series. Generous writing space on every page. A physical record of a year of inner work that belongs to you, in your own handwriting, permanently.
